Good selection of items. I was given a lot of great advice on how to take care of the jacket I bought. Staff were friendly. High quality clothing. I'd recommend this shop to whoever wants to buy a New Zealand souvenir for themselves or someone else, or for a comfortable and stylish item of clothing.

I don't understand why a business that offers poor service can keep trading on competitive George street in Dunedin. The lady wearing glasses did not know that material of a hat. And she kept asking me where I worked when I said I was selling clothes before. I refused to answer her question because it is not none of her business. She said stupid stuff and baffled me saying why I did not know the material of the hat if I was selling clothes. The lady was obviously very good at annoying customers and that is not what I would like to experience when shopping.

Terrible service, lady at the counter didn't even want to engage as her paperwork was far more important then selling me slippers. When she finally asked if I wanted anything it was in a tone that definitly did not imply she cared or wanted to help. It was in fact so frosty I left and decided to spend the time writing this review. The other woollen goods shop was no better. Would not have even given 1 star but you have to give a star rating to post a review.
