Extremely poor customer service. Not friendly or welcoming. Seemed irritated by our presence, even though we purchased alot. Won't be frequenting the store again due to this. Maybe retail isn't their passion but no need to be rude & dismissive to wee children. Very disappointing.

I just went there to exchange two gift items we received on my daughter birthday worth around 42$ and the girl at the counter didn't welcome me to the shop at all. May be because of my dress code/not a white person.When I said I'm here for a exchange item she asked "what"? Bit angrily. No smile or helping at all to have a look on items even though she saw me 8 months pregnant. I ended up paying 48$ more but she treated me like I was there to get something free or for begging. I would never visit this shop again because of her rudeness towards the customers.
