        Shop is excellent but the companies general support line is as follows "Your call is important to us and agent will be with you shortly" 2 hours later - "Your call is important to us an agent will be with you shortly" Suggest you go back to the shop as they can get you tech support quick rather than the 2 degress main customer support line

        The team at 2 degrees Dunedin store are fantastic - new phone today and Jarod made the swap so easy. While there the other staff dealt with other customers some of whom were coming in with the most random requests/issues and all were treated with consideration and professionally irrelevant of the issues they were experiencing
