After pay the fee, I waited for three hours. If the doctor is good, it's okay. It's worth waiting a little longer. But the doctor only saw me for two minutes and didn't give me any medication. He also told me that he couldn't help me. If my infection becomes severe after more than a month, come back Again!!!!Just ask me go home and rest. Very disappointing .Wasting my money and time.Never come back .

Maybe because it was Saturday 9pm and almost impossible to find nearby parking, but the waiting room was almost empty, and I was seen almost immediately. The doctor was very nice, efficient, and knew her stuff. I was out within 20 minutes and got the prescription filled at the adjacent urgent pharmacy.

I felt a bit upset after my experience unfortunately. Needs work on communication, lab testing competency and patient care.

Reception was not good and contradicted each other. Was told to sit down and a nurse would see me soon, i asked if i could give them my details to get on the waiting list but was told i had to see a nurse first by one of the receptionists. After waiting for 20 mins and not being seen by a nurse, the other receptionist asked me if i had given my details yet which i had not, so i did that. They did not ask me any of the displayed questions about shortness of breath, chest pain etc but they asked other patients. I was experiencing those symptoms but they never asked. I then took a rat test and waited 2 hours. A nurse came over and did another rat test after i told her i had just had one and it was negative. I then saw the doctor who was ok, but didnt actually tell me what was wrong with me, just prescribed me medication that i was not told how to take. would not recommend and will avoid going back here at all costs. the appointment also cost $95.
