        Sinead is an absolute miracle worker. I spent a couple of days barely able to move around due to lower back pain & dosed up on painkillers. I visited her last night & today Im feeling fantastic! Her holistic massage techniques mean that she is able to work out all the tight spots without it hurting. You will feel so relaxed & comfortable while in her studio that you may just fall asleep (guilty ) I cannot recommend her enough!!!

        Sinead is a very intune, honest, kind and healing practitioner. She has several different ways of working with the body, mind, spirit, and emotional body. I felt like my energy was restored from anxiety thought processes to calm, and grounded, practicle way of living once more. Additionally within the hour i felt like i was at peace with myself once more. Highly recommend!
