Appalling waiting time! Waited almost 90 minutes for 2 dozens of oysters, we were told to expect a longer wait time due to the restaurant being critically understaffed (which we completely understand) but we have no idea why the table who ordered food later than us was served a lot earlier than us, even though we ordered the same dishes. We were told by a waitress that they would check our orders for us, but they never got back to us. Most of the menu items are unavailable due to the restaurant being understaffed. Great scenic from the sea, but the restaurant atmosphere is appalling as the restaurant is filled with starving customers. Food is average, the vermicelli garnishing the scallop is half cooked and awfully hard. Toilet definitely needs a bit more attention, looks like it's not cleaned very often. 1 star for the window view and another is for all the OTHER staffs that is doing their best to keep the restaurant in this awful condition. $143 for 2 dozens of oysters, a bit too expensive considering the dining experience and food quality.
