10 April 2023 Ordered $72 worth of fish n chips for family. Specifically asked for four pieces of blue cod & got Hoki. I rang them straight away & was told it was blue cod. The shop lady could not see reason nor acknowledge their mistake & repeatedly told me it was my mistake. The texture, size & shape definitely confirmed it was not blue cod. We have spent x amount of dollars supporting this shop but will not continue anymore.

We had the lunch time special it was below average in every way We arrived to a serve yourself there was very little food on offer which was tasteless in flavour, they put more food out so I went to make up for the lack of food in the metal servers when we arrived I was told I was not allowed to have more. I made a complaint when leaving and purchased a lovely sandwich at the bakery across the road because after spending $17+ I was hungry and I am not a big eater. A total waste of money
