        Very helpful staff with a good sense of humor

        Went to look at bedroom furniture for a teenager. Found a set of drawers and ordered a side cabinet and will have them delivered in 6 weeks. Good service.

        Ive had terrible experiences with shopping at smiths city gore. Bought a coffee machine...it stopped working. Took it in. 3 months later they called me in to collect. Stated that there was nothing wrong with it and refused to give me my money back. I simply said fine. Make me coffee with it and ill happily leave with it. Needless to say...coffee machine didn't work and they gave me my money. Next time i bought a surround sound system. Put it up and it didn't work. Took it in. Same story. Told me to come pick it up its fine. Took it home. Still not working. Luckily for me I then started dealing with Brent ( he's great ) he came to my house and confirmed that yes in fact it didn't work. He sent it to be fixed. It still doesn't work properly...but something is better than nothing. Then i bought a tv with a tv wall kit.....im guessing you know what happened next.....luckily I delt with Brent and situation delt with eventually. Ultimately Brent is great. Deals with things. But other than that, don't buy from Smith's city gore.
