Our Campervan rented from Southern Campers was broken on the 4th day of our trip and it was not fixable within a few days. However, we still give 5 stars to Southern Campers' service! We picked up the campervan from Dunedin and then drived to Queenstown. On thr 4th day of our trip. The campervan was broken due to mechanic issue. The panelbeater said that campervan (2019 4 people campervan) has a common issue and it may takr a few days to fix. We paid about $1100 for 6 days. Nic from southerncampers made refund of $680 to us. She tried her best to find another car rental company to us and tried her best to refund as much as possible. She then tranferred money to our account immediately. We got back to her because we didn't have chance to fill the van and that we were supposed to pay the diesel rate on the KMs that we drived. We contacted her because we would like to pay for that. She said don't worry about that and that she was so sorry that our trip was not good. Although it wasn't a good campervan trip. We still give 5 stars to her customer service.

Absolutely exceptional. Family run business who are super flexible, easy going and all at a damn good price. The camper was equipped with everything we needed for the trip and made our holiday a breeze. Looking forward to heading down South again and will most definitely be booking with Southern Campers. That's heaps!
