Haven't tried their whiskey yet, however I was in Tasmania recently and the small distiileries there make their mark. Great documentary on RNZ- thankyou and prosperious production, marketing and trading.

A fantastic tour. Rob and Toni are amazing hosts. Very hospitable. None of their whisky is aged at the moment, so the tasting consisted on a range of different new make spirit distilled from the different grains grown on their farm. It makes a difference when you can see where the grain is being grown, that youre drinking. Highly recommend taking this tour. Its well worth the trip.
