Response to owners response on tripadvisor. I did not nor will travel there ever again since Feb 2015. Re: review from Feb 24, 2015, I just noticed owners' response right now and I felt the need to address their lies, as it's all still fresh in my mind. After travelling to dozens of countries and staying in hundreds of hotels, unfortunately this is just the one negative experience I've encountered with such a stressful impact, which is perhaps why I still recall it so vividly. We made the booking for the number of guests as the website allowed. It's not our fault that the full price wasn't disclosed at the time of booking. It's still not our mistake to be charged much higher than the market price, even for just one person extra. No one was sneaking in, it was all full in the open actually, everyone going to the room in bright daylight from the car. We had no idea whom the owners are, nor that they were away. We thought the person at reception was the owner. No idea. You can tell by the owners' advice on their reply that they are still shouting as soon as they write it's a "cowardly personal attack". How is it cowardly if we want to let everyone know in the open about your customer service? How is it personal if we don't even know the owners names or profiles, not even want to look them up? How is it an attack if we just describe our feelings and how they made us feel? Please kindly measure your words, we don't mean any harm, just to state the truth. The seats were indeed dirty with bird droppings though. It would have also been nice to be informed about the moths. What a terrible nightmare still. I don't even want to think about it anymore. In case this review does not belong here kindly advise where to post my reply, thank you. I don't believe it is fair to be unrightfully accused without the right to rebuke. Thank you.
