        We stayed at the Rose Cottage for a three night mid-winter getaway and found it to be fantastic. The cottage is an easy five minute uphill walk from the main village with a beautiful view over Halfmoon Bay. The diesel fire kept the cottage toasty warm throughout our stay. The kitchen is small but had everything we needed - a small grill oven and an electric stove top with two elements. The cottage was beautifully clean on our arrival and the host Lynne easy and friendly to communicate with. Highly recommended!
