A average airline if no issues arise. But if there is any issue whatsoever, you'll need to wait over 2 hrs to talk to a customer service agent and will have to pay to fix any issues. Did your Flight get cancelled? Well you'll never get a hold of any airline agents, so you'll be forced to pay extra to change your flight. I want to warn any travellers, if you can avoid Air NZ at any cost, then please try to avoid them. They are an incredibly dishonest company that do not care about customer experiences at all. They have a monopoly in NZ and we are forced to use them, but please try your best to avoid them. I sincerely do not want other travellers to go through the frustration and worry I had to deal with in regards to this company.
