        car was clean and new, but nobody warned/informed us about drop location in Picton, google has wrong location so we almost late on ferry moving circles around the town.

        Pretty disappointing! I rented a car for 5 days but due to some circumstances I had to bring it back after 2 days. Instead of refunding some of the money I paid, they were gonna charge me extra fees for "breaking the contract"! The justification was that I paid "online" not over the counter!! Really dumb! The experience was traumatising!
