If i can score a 0, this would be it. Absolutely disgusted with your franchise services and its a shame i cant post photo's on here. $220 to mow overgrown grass on 300m2 section ?? I am from out of town and rely on property management. After inspecting photo's from a local contractor we use, not only are the mows not done, the grass has been completely weed sprayed. What have you muppets done !! JOhn and Linda - your fired ! I Waiting for refund or be named and shamed on fair go.

Our company has a rental house and Glen Goodall was the gardener. I requested twice over email that I needed all communication going forward to go to my replacement, as I was leaving the company and our emails were never read. We received a photo from our staff that live at the house showing the overgrown jungle there. The lawns were to be mowed fortnightly and gardens maintained as required, the lawns were done twice in 10 weeks and the gardens were never looked at. Our staff also said the weather hasnt been bad at all for 10 weeks as he claimed (the reason why he hadn't done the lawns). The latest invoice that was sent to me 21.11.19, stated the lawns were done on Monday 18.11.19, our staff said the lawns were only done on 21st Nov. His invoices also say Lawn and Garden Care, Mow lawns fortnightly and remove clippings and do edges, Gardens 60 per hour when needed plus green waste (garden care was definitely needed as the lawns and garden weeds were up to your waste almost). Don't recommend this service from Glen. In his defense, maybe he was busy? But never answered his phone calls or returned calls or bothered to let us know he was too busy.
