        Terrible experience, no customer awareness, went in to make considerable purchase... 2 persons serving, one customer who was buying a rifle.... all good except I was ignored... all it takes is an acknowledgement, their loss of approx $1800 sale... not going back...

        Ordered something over a month ago with Steven, I ended up going in to the shop talked with him face to face asking where it was and was told the item I was after would be down that week, It has taken so long and still not a word back off them now, So we ended up driving up to Christchurch instead to buy from guncity Christchurch. Truly useless company and can see why Christchurch say's they are not a real guncity in my home town
