Called into Tile Centre to "Support Local" my wife and I were the only customers present. Two men were sitting in separate offices. We were left wandering about no real idea what we needed other than some help. Eventually we found the area we were looking for. A lady who was obviously very busy passed by and asked if we had been helped. I said no she sighed and retrieved "Michael" from his office. What followed was easily the worst customer experience I've ever had "Michael" told us to help ourselves when we said we were dissapointed and were leaving he became quite rude and said "See you when you come back from Mitre 10" I can assure him we will not be returning to Tile Centre if it means we drive to Dunedin for our Kitchen and Bathroom Tiles. Simply appaling
