What a team. Had an accident in our motorhome which resulted in the rear bumper being ripped off, which consisted of all the rear lights! The team manufactured some brackets & rigged up some temporary lights so we could safely travel home. They kindly let us use a loan vehicle while they completed the work. Totally recommend.

Exceptionally good and immediate service. After driving our motorhome to Mavoura Lakes over rough, gravel roads we were driving toward Te Anua one morning a couple of weeks ago when we were flashed by other cars and stopped to find the electrical wiring had dropped out of the back of the left hand side of our motorhome and was dragging on the ground. We stopped in the driveway of a farm and the farm owner drove in and asked if we were ok. We asked her "do you know of a good auto electrician?" She referred us to Te Anau Auto Electrical Ltd. It was great! They assessed the problem straight away. Told us to come back at 2pm. We did that and they fixed the problem immediately as promised and the cost was very reasonable. We were so pleased. As many motorhome owners will testify, getting prompt service is nearly impossible and getting parts usually requires weeks or months of waiting. This was such a breath of fresh air and the people were very pleasant and we were able to go off and ride the new Te Anau to Manapouri bike trail while we waited. Thank you Te Anau Auto Electrical, awesome to have such excellent service, especially in these COVID times when everything seems more difficult than usual. The end result of the fix was that it is now more robust than the original wiring set up.
