The two ladies (sorry I forgot to take your names) were so kind to me. I had a bit of a funny turn when I was having blood taken and they really looked after me and didn't make me feel at all embarrassed. You both are lovely people, and I'm especially thankful to the lady who gave me advice about getting physio for my back pain. You're a star!!
