Worst service I have ever had from a company before. They are the licensed service agents and my washing machine was still under warranty. Service was so poor, after numerous calls to them, and no action for 3 weeks I am going elsewhere and just going to pay for the repairs. Will be ringing Electrolux New Zealand and complaining about the service. Very disappointed. Will never use them again.

Great service - Marilyn checked if a spare part would be available for our washing machine and promptly got back to me. The repair was also done very quickly, the communication was great throughout, and they even took the washing machine to the freight depot for us. Highly recommended.

I was given this companies contacts to see if they could repair wiring and a ceased electric motor for a child's paid ride in amusement ride. I delivered it to Shuttleworth Electrical and Marilyn took my details so she could contact me as to where this job will be at. They completed the job very well. Great service and they added an extra RCD to prevent any danger to electrical shorting so it will be safe to use. They even delivered the unit back go me. They don"y have 10 stars in the rating otherwise I would have given them 10. Top job I say and Alistair who attended the work is a kind and thorough gentleman. Well done and thank you.
