Southland Hospital

Waited at A and E for 8 hours and ended up walking out with my son after being told he wouldn't likely be seen to until the following shift! Useless. My son now no longer wishes to come back to the hospital ever unless it is for his pediatrician appointments. He and I have lost faith in the place yet again.

Absolutely no good, I do believe this hospital genuinely doesnt want to help people and you just get passed around wasting time and nothing gets done. People do the bare minimum here.

Takes far too long to be seen to, 6-9 hours is unacceptable.

My son went to a physio today for his post Kew Hospital A & E check up . He had a suspected broken wrist. Two A & E nurses put his wrist in a splint and sent him home for a week , week over the physio informed him the splint was put on upside down ! Causing more pain and giving no support. Come on Kew Hospital!!!!!!!! Really !!!! You cant even get a simple wrist injury correct . This is the 5th visit over 5 years to you hes had and every time youve let him down .
