        The Kaiako are there to guide and support my babies learning journey in a fun and caring way. When she is happy to go to a Teacher or sit and play without me, it shows she trusts that person like family and that means alot. Leaving your child is one of the hardest things to do, so knowing she is safe and happy makes going back to work a little easier
