        The Manager who showed us through was lovely and professional and the staff seemed very friendly. Music was playing and people were smiling. But honestly the owners of this home need to spend a lot of money to update. It is very tired and needs modernising in every way possible, carpets, Lino, furniture are all old and dated. I didnt see a bed nicely made or a room that appealed in the slightest. In my opinion this home is absolutely in dire need of a makeover urgently. Would not consider this home at all in the condition its in. I admire and feel sorry for the the staff that work in such poor conditions to make this rest home a happy place for its residents.

        A warm welcoming home with professional friendly staff. The residents are all very happy and enjoy living at Waikiwi Gardens. The food is all home cooked and is of a very high standard.
