        We phoned Customer service left our phone number at 3pm Tues 25th June 22. . SBS returned our call at 751pm at NIGHT!.. We missed the call. A message was left but the caller did not say they were SBS calling either. We are most unhappy with SBS bad service. We left a call back request last night as a result. It is 1238pm Wed 16th June & we have been ignored by SBS with NO CALL to us! SBS Customer Service is SO BAD! The worst of all banks we deal with. We would not recommend this bank as they do not care about The Customer.

        I would never post a review on a bank -:) but this is an exception! I have been working with Lisa Jeffrey from SBS on our loans and she truly surprised us! Lisa took time to understand our situation and we could feel her genuine interest in helping us! She is very courteous, professional and very efficient. If only all banking consultants were like Lisa our financial work would be so much better and easier! Thank you SBS Bank, for having great people like Lisa as their staff!
