        I rang for 2 replacement rubbers for Windsor doorstops that were missing off 2 of the doorstops in a new home that we have bought. Not only did Windsor replace them for free, but they arrived the very next day via overnight courier. Now that's living up to the warranty

        Absolutely amazing customer service - this is why I absolutely stand by buying local. I had an issue (which I caused) and Latasha at Windsor went above and beyond to help me when she didn't have to at all. I will 100% be using Windsor products for the rest of my renovation - customer service is absolutely top notch and their products are just beautiful
