Unhelpful, incompetent and expensive. Do not know the meaning of customer service. I took the car in last year, told them what I thought the problem was. They diagnosed it differently. I had to take it back 2 times as it was not fixed, then I had to fight them to refund what they had done as it not fixed things and made it worse. After 5 months of going and seeing them and fighting them they refunded what they had done. I went in in November or December and I rebooked the vehicle in to get looked at in January when I was not working. They contacted me the day before to cancel and rebook over a week later. In January they confirmed the problem I had told them about the previous April. So someone with no automotive background can diagnose a problem better than the mechanics that work there. They contacted the manufacturer on my behalf and the manufacturer declined assistance. I gathered a whole bunch of extra evidence and submitted it to the manufacturer. The manufacturer said "I would suggest providing this information (and anything else you have) to the dealership directly as the dealership can resubmit the claim if there is additional information to add that was not originally included in the claim." GWD Holdens response was "Unfortunately we cannot assist with any further submissions to Holden NZ. This takes up time & resources when Holden have already declined assistance." What great customer service. They cannot be bothered to submit what I had gathered to Holden NZ. What about my time and resources of having to take my car back multiple times because you guys are incompetent and unable to fix it ? What about me organizing a replacement vehicle to use while you work on my vehicle and then you guys cancelling my booked appointment ? Service: Auto engine diagnostic
