        Phoned to book in two chimneys at 2 houses - no rush. Was told we're very busy at the moment, couldn't do it until 7th may. I said, that's fine! No hurry. I was told ok, phone back closer to the time ... ?? No booking, sorting out times or anything. I said I'd rather sort a spot now so we can plan, but no. Shocking considering we've always used them. No more now.
