I am an older person and i went into the shop today and i was spoken to so so rudely like i have never struck before - so be warned keep away from "Vinnie". I have wrote a complaint to the manager!!!! - he is sloppy, no professionalism in him, totally full of himself and doesn't give a damb. I would not even put one star on here for this today - so so bad, I came away feeling abused

10/10 would recommend! After having a nightmare with the only apple provider in Queenstown (Deep focus). I sent my computer down Invercargill to get properly fixed my keyboard and battery in my Macbook touch bar with no charges due to warranty cover .. If you are in Queenstown or around Invercargill definitely worth shipping the computer down !!! They did an amazing job and i am super happy with the result. Highly recommend for any issues with apple products i Would definitely return for mac repairs. I really appreciate all your help. Thanks Enrique
