        Contacted N.A.N to complete a PC build. I had purchased the parts online, Approached them requested them to ONLY assemble the computer. I was quoted 1h technician job @ 130p/h. On Day 3 of them having the computer I chased them up asking if it was available to be picked up. The came back and told me they had been trouble shooting why the lights weren't working properly. When I was told I was going to be charged for them doing something I didn't ask them to do, I wasn't happy. Wouldn't bother taking my broken anything here. Found the employee Jono more competent of having the ability to handle customers where Karl was just not wanting to even do his job.
