On the Spot Kracker Jacs

Brought a chocolate dipped flake waffle ice cream. Not only did he get my order wrong then get frustrated about it, he then made me pay the extra $1 rudely. The chocolate had separated on the ice cream and tasted oily and gross. Could only eat one bite before throwing it away. Poor customer service.

We bought two slushies from here. One small and one large. They charge us two large slushies for them ,as they said we put too much slushies in our slushies, due to filling the cup through thier domed lids that they've provided to customers.If they care so much about portion control and don't want customers to filling the cup, they should do it for the customers or put the photo notice at their slushies area.

Apologies to the staff member who felt it was beneath her or to much trouble to open a box of twinkies for me. The 2 stars are for the staff menber who could not see the issue. Luckily for me I can buy elsewhere.
