        I've never given a low review before but I'd doubt the boss knows why we didn't order. Apart from being greatly more expensive than UPVC Dunedin on the Thermally Broken Aluminum house suite of doors and windows we asked about, getting a quote to begin with was like pulling teeth. When we rejected the quote via email, there wasn't a peep, no "is it too late" etc. Had the service been exceptional like we're now having, we could very well have chosen and not gone shopping around, but I'm certainly glad we were encouraged to. Before winter was our deadline and we've achieved it. The quote with the partial hand written install price across the bottom of the page tipped me over the edge. It was like an after thought and just grabbing numbers out of the air, $14k installation? I don't think so Tim. Hopefully this will be helpful to you anyway. Business moves fast, and we're proof of that.
