I ordered for Kings Collection Streaky Bacon Steakhouse at 23.22 I made a complaint about the bacon. I did not find the bacon. but turned out the bacon was there. so the drive-thru person was for the bacon and handed it over to the kitchen person. and once the kitchen person found the bacon was there. he/she gave it back to the drive-thru person and then gave it to me back. I mean really? checking the burger with the dirty gloves right in front of the customer? and pls cooked well the bacon. and pls carefully checked if it's extra bacon or normal as it is the same. I am aware that the burger patty is always dry or soggy or burnt as it is a cheap burger. and how small the large size of fries is. but today's experience is too much. I cannot tolerate it. how they respond to customer complaints is just unbelievable. I hope burger king can invest in better training for the staff.
