        Great overall service, I booked in for a bird cage and annual clean. Once the technician saw the fireplace he noticed essential parts were missing. They quickly ordered what was required and communicated clearly on cost and why I needed the parts and how the Jayline wood burner worked. Once parts arrived they completed the repair work to a high standard, and now the wood burner works like its brand new. Far more efficient and nice long lasting heat output.
