I did ring around midnight when Mum unfortunately passed, I was answered by a somewhat disgruntled man who told me most people wait till the morning and wait till I chuck some pants on. We arrived to a lady Sandy who was somewhat frazzled but lovely.At mum's viewing she looked lovely which didn't take much as she is and was a beautiful lady but had a pale lipstick that she wasn't known for wearing I asked if she could have a red that she always wore, one of the funeral directors looked annoyed and said well do you just want to do it yourself then. Mum had a funeral plan of $15,000 which we were told at that price point that would be a deluxe funeral. We got a very basic bare wooden coffin we painted ourselves, paid for our own flowers, catering and venue!Yet we were charged just short of $10,000.There was arguing between 2 of the undertakers at the cemetery about how we should take n carry the coffin out! Would not recommend this funeral company to anyone unprofessional and a major ripoff!

Sharron was the best to deal with at our sad & hard time. Would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone else, Or used her again. Hopefully we do not need her again soon. Thanks Margaret .

They helped turn my fathers funeral from confusion into the perfect tribute to his life, every request we made seem effortless, we felt like the only ones they were dealing with, although we knew they were busy, Heartfelt thanks from the whole family.
