Had double glazing installed last week and the service was amazing from Sam and office staff to the installers who where amazing and very professional easy to talk to and made an amazing job . The bathroom windows brought us into the the 20th century . This was a 100% job well done and would recommend this firm to any one looking to retro fit their house windows . I had my existing single glazed windows retro-glazed and have noticed such a difference. I have both timber frames and aluminium and the team were able to do all the windows no problem plus put in a cat door at the same time. House feels dry and cozy all the time now. Very professional job and a competitive price. Sam and the team provided great service too with excellent communication. Lovely bunch of guys. Would highly recommend

Metro Direct has recently installed a retro fit windows in our home. The experience we have had from start to finish was truly outstanding. This business has a great value for money with a highly professional installation team. They have taken an extra care in the process taking to consideration our input into the final result and taking care in every part of installation process. We got our retrofitting completed, absolutely brilliant, really notice the difference in house temp, our window glass was 3mm thick, so now having double glazing it's a huge difference... Had several quotes in but these guys were the cheapest and had a free gas upgrade, clean up was excellent, would highly recommend this company, retro fitting saves all the extra painting and decorating of getting in brand new windows, they popped out the old glass and popped in the new glass, easy as

So far so good. Very helpful and friendly staff. Quick to respond to request for a quote. Only rated 4 stars at present time as I have placed an order and waiting to see how they cope with the installation. They haven't given me any reason so far to believe that their overall rating will not increase to 5 stars.
