It's not an exaggeration to say that going to The Headache Clinic changed my life. I'd been a migraine sufferer for over a decade, and it was seriously impeding on my quality of life. Simple things like exercise would trigger debilitating migraines that had me in tears, and laid up for days at a time. I had heard of The Headache Clinic but put off going for several years because a) I assumed that it was another fad treatment that wouldn't actually do anything, and b) it was more money than I'd ever invested into my health before and I was hesitant. If you're in that position, I beg of you, do not hesitate. It is, hands down, the BEST money I have ever spent! I've been working with Lena, who explains everything thoroughly in a way that I understand, and is kind, compassionate, funny and personable. Within 2-3 months my migraines had gone from a 9-10 on the pain scale (with pain relief) with days worth of after effects like nausea and fatigue, to only a 2-3 on the pain scale (down to a 1 with pain relief) and no after effects. I now haven't had a migraine in 9 months. It has changed my life. If you're reading the reviews because you're questioning if it's worth it: it is. A massive, massive thank you to Lena and the team at Headache Clinic Invercargill, for giving me my life back!

I had been struggling with chronic headaches due to concussion for 11 months until I found The Headache Clinic. The staff were super supportive and lovely from the moment I first contacted them, right up until I had no headaches for months on end. Going from being immobilised from the headaches one day, to being at The Headache Clinic the next day getting everything sorted was fantastic! I highly recommend going to the Headache Clinic!

I went to Physiotherapist Lena at the end of 2020 for chronic long term migraines, which I had been suffering from for years. Going to Lena was amazing!! I now am migraine free!! The simple exercises given to me have allowed me to get more out of life and not spend days off work in bed with crippling ongoing pain. I Highly recommend The Headache Clinic Invercargill

This treatment has given me my life back. After two injuries and 4 years of suffering from Post Concussion symptoms I was finally referred by my employer to Helen, who immediately confirmed that my neck was out of alignment. I had suspected my neck pain was linked to my symptoms but all the physios I had been to just tried to treat the muscle stiffness and so it flared up time and time again. 100% would recommend, there is no price on your quality of life.
