        Excellent service, shop space very difficult to move around with a lot of space being taken up with stock making it a somewhat hazardous journey through extremely narrow walkways. Still with great care,a great choice of bedding etc.

        My wife and I went to the Invercargill store on Monday (13/06) to buy a bath robe for her (since everything was on sale). We entered the store and no one come to help us, so my wife started to try the robes, but her size was not available on the hanger. Then, we decided to open one of the packages that had the correct robe size and my wife was trying it when suddenly a women appeared, without even a "hello" she said to us that we were not supposed to open the packages. I told her that we did that because her size was not available on the hanger, she just repeated herself in a really rude way. Well, for us it is really straight forward trying things before buying them so we can avoid having to return to the store to exchange the goods. On the same day I did a complain on Bed Bath & Beyond website and no feedback. It doesn't matter if you have the best products when that's the customer service you have to offer.
