Had my item, Plus Size Mesh Babydoll with Embroidery Top and Satin Ribbons Hem, shipped from China with a FedEx instead of DHL Express which I have paid for it and also the item sent to me is of wrong size. The correct size of my item should be 4XL. Anyway, discuss with the seller and seller will provides 50% refund and allows me to keep the wrong size item.

Very disappointed with the service. Originally placed my order on 25th Sep 2020. The website wasnt great and the order disappeared from my order list, so I had to get in touch over Facebook (they didnt reply to my email) before they confirmed the order had been received and was being processed. 3 weeks later, I hadnt received the order and hadnt received any updates. Had to ask for tracking details and had to enquire with NZ post myself to find out what the story was. Turns out the parcel was still in China. This was surprising as the website specified 7-14 day delivery. I then queried the misleading website delivery time information, and instead of receiving an apology, I was blamed for not purchasing the express shipping option (huh!? Products are coming from China). The individual was continuously defensive and argumentative so I simply said, at this point, Id rather just leave feedback when I receive the order. They then called my comments nasty and for some reason mentioned that Im Armenian, which I assume they only saw after viewing my Facebook profile. I can only assume they did this to highlight the fact I wasnt born in NZ. I was then blocked and couldnt respond. Since then, the website delivery timeframes have been updated (to 15-30 days), which is good to see. The individual also emailed me explaining the delivery delays, but it was all too little too late. Rather than taking my feedback positively at the start, they blamed me and called my nationality into question. In the end I received the order on 13th November 2020 (1.5 months after ordering). Quality-wise they are okay, not the best but considering the price I would say its reasonable.
