Have never had such awful service from a finance company, wouldn't use them again. Initially when I took the loan out I wanted to do it over 2 years but they made me do it over 4. I recently paid it off early and the fees for early payment were horrendous. When I contacted them about the amount to settle the account I was asked multiple questions that were none of their business about why I was paying it early and where I got the money from. They also refused to provide me with anything that officially said the account had been closed (probably because it hasn't as I can still log into it more than a week after I asked them to close it).

They were very hard to get a hold of to confirm final amount on account, so that they can charge an extra monthly fee when you close the account. I paid my loan off in full 4 months ago, then I get an email containing a statement for an account that was closed and paid off in full... there shouldn't be anymore statements or communication for an account that was closed 4 months ago especially when there was an email to confirm that the account had been paid in full and closed...
