        Parcel sat in Invercargill for 2 weeks, tracking just said in transit to rural depot. Contacted DHL as they were the main courier first and they were surprised to hear it wasnt delivered so they lodged an enquiry about why it hasnt been delivered and why its sitting. That same day nz post invercargill decided to return my parcel to christchurch DHL for an unknown reason. Rang the 0800 number, refused to give me details on my parcel as only DHL are allowed to know which doesnt make sense. All I want is my parcel.

        They dont deliver a parcel and then they dont take responsibility. They blame everyone else for their shortcomings
