Work and Income

I went into the WINZ Invercargill branch yesterday, to seek advice on assistance with my Mum, and I have to say that I was really impressed with both the staff, and the quality of service, we received. Our appointment was with Neil, and he was absolutely fabulous in helping us with all our queries, and giving advice on various options. It is so nice, in this day and age, to be greeted with good service and people - thank you so much Neil!!!

Was on a phone call with them. They were soo rude and had no empathy towards my situation. They didn't bother to even try and help me. People need help. Don't bother calling it's a waste of time

Asked for a on phone consultation wouldent give me a time and she was cutting out English words so no one could understand her she said des and I couldnt understand and asked to take off speaker and so hard to hear etc please have some better people for when people have covid cause she said she couldnt pass on to anyone and booked for appointment so I said what time and she said I couldnt give you a time so how am I supposed to know
