        Went to start the process for booking a family holiday. I was asked to wait. Waited for 20 to 30 mins. A couple came in and were seen immediately. Maybe their money was a better colour? I noped out of there.

        Sorry please don't use the name of Tony Laker. He was fantastic and will be sadly missed. Now it's just another travel agent nothing special.Probably worse then Flight Centre
