        After a fantastic start with contact from my request in a short time, but it all went downhill from there, promised I would receive information the following day, 2 days later still no information so asked for update, promised again I would receive information the following day, a week later I messaged and said not to bother with my request would sort myself. Might have paid a bit more than I could have if booking through an agent but at least I know I'm booked, 2 holidays in 2 very different locations, someone lost out on some serious commission.
