Southland Eyecare

Went to Southland Eyecare for my father to pick up a pair of glasses that had been repaired because arm of frame had come away.When he returned home from a stay in hospital he opened the package containing the glasses to find a poor repair done so I returned them.The receptionist said they had fixed the other arm and he must had been careless with them again which was lies. Dont these people make enough money or do they have to rip off an 86 yr old pensioner.Mother ,father and wife will not use Southland Eyecare again, poor frames,poor repairs and a receptionist who couldnt care less,they should change name to I DONT CARE

Eye care DO care! Have found that this Optometrist excellent. Any "glasses wearer" will tell you that at times fitting a new pair of frames can be a trifle wearying for all parties. However, the staff here are quite " tireless" in their efforts......well done Eyecare. Courtesy, effort, AND initial testing A++.

Time management is a big thing, we make appointments to be seen at that time not wait a hour while we pay for parking, and have other appointments, people skills ok , but time management I very poor.
