Their orthodontics work is high quality which is why dentists will recommend them. Don't remember having any trouble dealing with the employees and my permanent retainer is still firmly in place after 7 years.

Super disappointed. I went to see Kieran as an adult patient who had orthodontic work as a kid and my smile was stunning, favourite thing about me so as an adult noticing two teeth moving slightly I thought I would do the right thing and correct incase it got worse later. I have been left with a smile I am self conscious about and regret having anything done. I do not feel it was communicated to me clearly enough what my end result might be. I was told my front teeth would be moved forward slightly, I was thinking 1-2mm not a huge overbite where my front 4 teeth protrude over my bottom lip when I smile and sometimes a whistling sound escapes from the gap between my top and bottom teeth when I talk! I am beyond disappointed and cant believe this is a satisfactory outcome from treatment. To add to this on my last appointment I had to ask if he could try and align my two front teeth as they no longer were even with one being slightly behind the other- if I hadnt insisted that he try correct he was happy to remove the braces then and there. When I did have my braces removed he did not take the time to remove all the brace glue and had to get my dentist to go over it all carefully to get rid of the glue remaining on my teeth. I felt like he did not have the time to care about my end result or teeth and I can not recommend Kieran as an orthodontist. Hugely upset and a massive waste of money. I wish I had never had anything done. Its so sad to have a smile I am no longer confident about
