Had a really bad experience at this pharmacy. Went into collect a prescription and they couldn't find it, I was told it would be 10mins waited over an hour. When I asked about this the girl responded with we are just told to tell everyone 10minutes. Extremely frustrating waiting this amount of time for a simple script!!!!!

They may keep my repeats in which they think I worship as I am not coming back here. Dont care nor understand why one is on medication. Also argued with me in front of other customers. That was simply for habitrol. She put her foot down in a stomp behind the desk before checking my records and seeing that I was in fact right. Lady with hibiscus behind the ear. Never give out emergency supplies in times of crisis. Most pharmacys do a single so you have time to get in touch with doc. Something written on the label of my script - JOY , before the doctors name and after codeine. Kept this for proof as this is demoralising. Will take further. If you have to come back, I highly recommend skye, who is polite and offers understanding and professional suggestions on the phone Even though hes controlled by them lol
