        Too expensive for the poor service rendered. Didn't do what was asked of them to do. The job request was detailed upon the appointment of the service and it was accepted, but when the plumber arrived for the job,he just kept on pushing different 'suggestions' to avoid doing the job that was originally asked of him to do. In the end, I had to get another plumber from a different company who was by far on a higher level of professionalism and efficiency, and they ACTUALLY got the job done and at a cheaper cost (in comparison to KBP who charged high for a job NOT done)
