Went to browse at their display bathrooms for ideas for our new build, staff initially really helpful and offered a bag of brochures - which I was grateful for. As the conversation went on they asked who I was building with - I was honest and disclosed that the builder uses mico bathrooms but I wasnt sure if they stocked all the brands. I had planned on buying items myself if mico didnt have what I wanted. I was told that mico have all the brands and I should just get everything there before the conversation abruptly ended and she went back to her office. Needless to say I was dropped faster than a wet fish and never saw a brochure. If this is how you treat people who probably wont buy something from your store this time but has potential too next time, youve got customer service all wrong. Its a non-recommendation in conversation to others and a never to return customer youve just gained. Which is a far greater loss than a dollar not spent initially.
