Linda was friendly, made me super comfortable and was highly professional. Cleared up my problem and I left being able to hear properly again. I will definitely go back here if I need to.

I took my 4 years old daughter. Linda was very professional and she explained what she was doing to my daughter in a very simple method. It was very gentle. Highly recommend to go here if you need your ears clean....thanks Linda

Ive been walking Te Araroa for 5 months and have tried at every major centre along the country to get an urgent appointment to sort my impacted earwax. Not a single one of them replied or cared nor offered an urgent appointment service for that matter. Linda, however, was very accommodating of my last minute request for an appointment and she took pity on my situation. She replied super quick on the same day and saw me without any fuss. She was really friendly and caring, kind and relaxed which helped me to feel the same. Despite the challenging situation she rose to the occasion and Im really grateful for it. Shes also located super central and theres a nice cafe across the road called Batch where you can go test your freshly-cleaned ears by eavesdropping on the table next to yous conversation or just enjoy being able to hear the coffee extracting from miles away. Thanks for fixing my ears Linda!

I went there thinking that I had a lot of wax needed to be removed, she checked me real quick and noticed I just had a small flake of wax and removed it free of charge!! She is very nice and honest.
