        Really terrible customer service, after 20 minutes on hold still could'nt talk to the local branch because they hung up on me. took my order to another company. Sorry Blackwoods you need to get your act together its not good enough

        I brought a roll of bubble wrap and i received a damaged product, it took long time to receive the product and then contacting the team regarding this was more painful..different shifts didnt had any clue or communication among them..I had to make phone call for 6 times and each time I had to explain it to each individuals. Poor experience, neverll buy any thing from them.
